Yeah I listen to some podcasts too. I think the point of the meme is more like - everyone and their mother seemingly has a podcast now.

I’m betting the same audience that listens to NPR’s nationally syndicated radio talk show ‘talk of the nation’.

In other words, an audience of about 50 people.
