I just feel the SC will allow it.

Not a prayer. I don’t think it was ever meant to stand up, just to give cover to employers. And get people to get the jab out of fear it would stand up.

I hope so but I don’t trust them. They have punted on all the other challenges

Worth it. Sure.

Gov force to do it?

Nope.

Recovery from the virus is better.

But you actually have to catch covid first. Are you suggesting people should just purposefully get sick

No.

Quit that.

If you were unfortunate enough to get Covid you should not be bullied for the vaccine.

Nobody likes a bully

Vaccine is better.

It appears the antigens from the infection last longer.

Still similar and not worth bullying people who recovered over.

Sure both are best.

The problem is this will be used as a precedent for expanded govt power for another issue.

Some people are very short sighted.

the government cannot do through a third party that which it could not do itself. state governments could do this, private companies could, but the federal government cannot

Like maybe work place violence involving firearms, which could of course lead to an OSHA ban on employees of a company with 100 or more employees owning a weapon, in the name of work place safety.

Yes I took it overboard, but not really when you read the repeated past references to shootings as a public health issue instead of crime issue.
