Isn’t that exactly what you complain about in regards to how Repubs run their campaign?

Oh, and this will inadvertently get him elected to a second term after SCOTUS gets him back on those ballots.

And when he wins, those responsible for removing him from ballots will be hauled before federal judges charged with election fraud or interference.
A second term of Trump will be a repeat of round 1 except it will be a “vendetta tour”. Those deserving will get their comeuppance.

That already happen.

I don’t understand the question.

Once.

Prove it twice. Decisively.

I voted against both Biden and Trump last go around. I’ll do the same again.

That every election is the “election of our lifetimes.”

The repubs do that ALOT. And it’s problematic; they assign more importance to the presidency than it was ever meant to have.

Wasn’t your post doing something similar?

I agree with this 100%

Trump should not be disqualified

Oh… the slow decline of the country…. Got ya.

If Trump wins again he will be off the rails on a revenge tour. He will use the power of government to punish his enemies and replace the administrative state with loyalists.

He has said that this is his goal. An eye for an eye.

He isn’t about governing but about revenge.

I see that as a danger to the long term health of the Republic

If a Democrat was talking that way I would certainly not support that person.

Throw in the fact that he tried his best to overturn an election which he lost.

Criminal lengths

Honestly… that should be enough for people to dump him… but times are crazy and here we are.

The inherent victimization of right-wingers in this thread.

Dude…you said…“Defeat him once and for all at the ballot box.”

Now it has to happen twice to be deemed “Decisively”

Odd post coming from you…

Same. I do think a state or two might try invoking the 14th to keep him off the ballot. That will be interesting to watch.

To the bolded: yup. There is no way for Trump to lose that they will accept

This set up where, if you try to steal an election, cling to office, ■■■■■■■ our transfer of power, engage in illegal behavior, and trash the Capitol, then . . . you get to run again is less than ideal.

When he was in office, MAGA said: “Let the People decide!” Okay. We did; Trump lost and refused to accept the loss.

Now he can deal with the criminal justice system since he rejected the political solution.*

*All this is academic, of course, because Trump is running, legally, illegally, as the GOP nominee or on his own.

The point is to defeat him. Prove him so wrong that even his supporters cannot ignore it anymore. Prove that he’s truly unpopular.

Let him run- and please let him run in 28 and 32 as well.

was just thinking about that earlier this morning
2016: suck it, i love your tears, MAGA forever you will never get in power again
2018: They ran on impeachment, they are only impeaching him because they cant beat him at the ballot box. the red wave is coming
2020: the ballot box is a lie and fraud!
2021 : election interference! they cant win at teh ballot box so they are trying to block him from running again
2022: why are you going after him during the height of election season!!!

That has already happened. He hasn’t won an election since 2016.

How many more times does he need to be defeated? His supporters are never going to let go. He is their identity
