She’s headed to jail, though, so mission accomplished.

It’s sort of the same charges Hunter Biden is facing, having a firearm while using drugs. In Hunter’s case, he lied about his drug use when applying for the weapon. But his firearm was never used in a subsequent crime, he barely had it a week before the weapon was discarded, which is where charges like these usually arise.

I don’t know if the Mother lied on the application or if she just used drugs after she got the weapon and that is the charge. If so, was she using drugs that were legal in the state of Virginia? If so, there are a lot of people who could potentially face similar charges since there are a lot of gun owners who smoke pot legally in the US.
