Nanoseconds.

Interesting. And is that the plan? To build “flu hospitals” for the virusi? Each bed a ventilator?

Look it up.

Hey, fun . . . maybe easy, math problem. What is the length of a nano light-year?

I’m listening to Trump talk right now and everything continues to be what it continues to be.

From my observations i would say the goal isn’t 'flu hospitals" or a ventilator for every bed. The goal is to flatten the curve so the hospitals we have and the ventilators we have will be enough.

Be enough for what?

I kind of like the idea of China Flu Hospitals.

The afflicted.

Millions afflicted at once= bad
Millions afflicted over longer = less bad.

What’s a flu hospital get us? A flu hospital just means your regular hospitals couldn’t keep up, eh?

The Chinese also physically locked peoples asses in their homes. Building a cargocontainer hospital with commie slave labor wasn’t exactly a victory.

I’m sure the truth will sort itself out. I’m in no hurry. I just teach my classes, grade my lab reports, and check in on the forum late afternoon/early evening. My guilty pleasure.

A flu hospital gets us a ventilator in every bed, ppe stockpiles, isolation, clarity, accuracy.

What truth? That your guy was reporting known news? It already has.

Better than vice versa?

Oh. Sure.

And impervious skin, laser eyes and the ability the leap tall buildings in a single bound would be pretty nice too.

But we don’t have the ppe stockpile, or the ventilators. So hows a flu hospital without the ability to treat the corona virus any better than my dog in a superman cape?

We’re back to the best we got. “Flatten the curve” and wait.

The Walking Dead, without the zombies.

Hmm. I was responding to a post of yours which linked something WR posted. I wasn’t quite sure of the relevance of that. If I responded with incomplete knowledge, may lightning strike me dead.

Come on man! For the future! You’re on to something here! We build one in each state. Another in each major city. We only open them up when we need to. Maybe keep a small staff for one offs and weird ■■■■■

It was Rose talking about reagents on the 30th.

Cool. I’m unclear about what the conclusions were. Does it contradict what Osterholm claimed? You seem to have kept up on the whole thing. What do you think?

I think this doesn’t end until we have at worst, a coordinated nationwide response. This kadiwampus bs of one county doing one thing while the other does something else while the state next door picks it’s ass and the one up north freaks out doesn’t work in a country where I can make it from Brownsville to Duluth in 24 hours with a gallon of coffee and a pack of smokes on the interstate.

Oh. Well that’s not wrong. I thought we were talking about the now, now. In the future sure, every town should have a location and supplies ready to go for such an event.

We really got caught with out pants down here. We have drills and plans for just about everything except this.

Does our form our government allow for that?
