That’s your opinion. The problems are the result of the breakdown of the family. Over 70% of black children are born to unwed mothers, and I’m certain that number is much larger for those in the inner cities.
If you wait to have kids until you’re married and have them all with the same person, you might be a considered a conservative these days.

That sounds good, but I have read that the family unit was stronger in the 1930s than it is today. When did slavery occur? When were Jim Crow laws instituted?
Please tell me who is forcing black women, many of whom are living in poverty, to have a child without a committed husband?
