The left throws around pejoratives like “bully” , “racist”, “white supremacist” and “anti-Semitic”, because the terms impugn the person they are applied to. But they refuse to be explicit about what they mean by those terms, because they realise that if they did, they would be smearing themselves with the same mud.

Remember back when people were arguing that condemning QAnon was silly?

But Ice Cube and Minister Farrakhan are friends of the program right?

They’ll probably take over now with Trump heading out.

So lock up your daughter Lock up your wife Lock up your back door And run for your life

Whatabout…

Still is. Feed the fire.

How’d those mass arrest promises turn out? Already lined up for another fake conspiracy, I see.

Give it time.

There’s still seven days between now and Inauguration Day, and my sources tell me the Insurrection Act authorization has already been signed…Trump is just waiting for the proper moment to spring his elaborate trap…

Apparently you didn’t get the memo like Congress did when they committed treason.

2 constitutional issues involved here.

  1. the congress power to legislate.
  2. the prohibition on legislation abridging speech.

the congress power to legislate vis a vie speech is limited to legislation which would support greater free speech.

they have no authority under the constitution to pass any legislation that would abridge speech of any kind, particularly political speech.

qanon is nuts. the congress has no power to neuter their speech with legislation of any kind. certainly, individual congress critters are free to denounce them, the body as a whole is not.

Can the executive deem them a terrorist threat like they did with Antifa?

are they? if so, yes.

people made uncomfortable about what they say is not enough.

rioting, looting, burning, insurrection… those would be.

So that’s a yes

Calling Antifa a terrorist org had no legal effect.

I’m guessing that the definition and rules surrounding domestic terrorism will be changing soon

Going to have to pack the court first.
