What’s your point?

We have to pick our crime before starting an investigation or else it’s nullified? The right elected a criminal to the White House. No we’re cutting out the cancer. We would have faced similar (though obviously lesser) problems with Clinton.

Don’t elect scum if you don’t want us to clean it up. This wouldn’t have been an issue with Ted Cruz.

You seem to be saying that we can go after anyone we don’t like to see if they ever did something wrong.

When reports come out in the press that say that Jared Kushner lied multiple times on his paperwork for a security clearance and it took the President intervening to override the process… do you think it is outside of the purview of Congress to look into that?

Trump brings all of this upon himself. His lies about anything Russian contacts create the need to investigate. His lies about his finances and “deals” require an investigation. His lies about approving security clearance for those that do not qualify, raise eyebrows. He lies so much that nothing he says can be trusted and need documentation or corraboration.

That’s not true at all.

That will change over time as more people move to the south. I think Florida over took New York as the third most populace state.

States will add or lose congressional seats every two years (I think) based on population. The system works well. To me the thing I would say the biggest case could be made against is the senate not the president. As we know California for instance has a lot of electoral votes as well as congress representatives, but in the Senate they have two, same as let’s say Rhode Island which I admit could be scrutinized.

The difference is Bill Clinton did it… He lied to a grand jury. Trump did not collude. But Hillary did…

Once again, DEMs made it quite clear what their intentions were. Go on a fishing expedition to see what they can find in Trump’s past. That is unprecedented.

This isn’t even remotely true.

Process crime.

Not really answering the question.

The Kushner thing isn’t a fishing expedition… it was brought to light by a whistleblower.

Should Congress look into it?

And you are missing the point.

At issue is the fishing expedition. No one is saying that the house shouldn’t investigate Kushner or anyone else, if there is suspicion of wrongdoing.

Actually there is because the electoral college is based on the number of congresspeople in the state…

Since the number in the house was frozen then electoral college has become distorted…

And there is plenty suspicion of wrongdoing by trump and his companies so investigations into him are completely justified…

Glad we all agree on that now…

Okay… then what parts do you beleive are simply fishing expeditions?

Not true. Dems do not see Benghazi as “much to do about nothing.” But throwing the blame on Hillary Clinton as R’s endlessly true to do didn’t work. She wasn’t to blame and all the results of the endless Benghazi hearings proved that beyond question. As for Fast and Furious, same thing. R’s tried to paint Eric Holder with the blame when again government investigations and the facts said it wasn’t him.

What “something” is that?

So clinton fell into a perjury trap and did a process crime?

And his process crime did not happen within any of the starr investigation…

That is absolutely NOT the reason(s) Trump is being investigated. Suspected broken laws are the reason. And with the indictments and jail sentences being handed out, it hasn’t been the “witch hunt” that Trump has proclaimed it to be.

Nahhhhhhhh………………

We are done.

I got what I needed from this back and forth. Same old crap. Trump is a super bad guy who beat Hillary - but not really. The 2016 results can’t be allowed to stand. He must be taken down at all cost, no matter what it does to the country.

Hey I get it.
