What the hell are you talking about now? Nobody is suggesting the UPS could or should replace the USPS for first class mail delivery.

I’ve repeatedly stated not UPS or anyone else wants to take over that business because it is always a losing proposition.

In many cases UPS is more expensive than the PO so no, that’s certainly not it.

UPS is simply more efficient and faster and people are willing to pay for the better service.

Where they are cheaper that is only possible because they are more efficient.
