You left out the how easy it is to get guns.
I can go to a store right now and buy a gun but I still wouldn’t be inclined to shoot someone. Guess why? None of the examples I gave apply to me. Try again…

No, you painted a narrow box trying to push all gun homicides in it and then changed the subject. It’s not like this hasn’t happened a ton here.

Observation of reality.
It is the most difficult thing there is to buy.
If that were true people wouldn’t have so many of them.
It is true. It is a simple statement of fact.
Its the war on cops that has caused this. The increase is largely coming in cities like Baltimore, St Louis, and Chicago where the citizenry and politicians have declared war on cops calling them murderers and thugs with badges. This has led to cops backing off on proactive policing which in turn has allowed gang violence to escalate in these places. Its known as the Ferguson Effect and its beginning to spread to other cities as well.
Getting cops to stop proactive stop and frisk is exactly what Black Lives Matter and cop hating politicians wanted and an increase in black on black homicides is the predictable result.
