I was speaking in general cases.
No you we’re pretty specific. She was not found guilty by a court no matter how you contort it

What happened is that there was a suit brought before the FEC alleging that the Clinton campaign and the DNC did not correctly report payment to Perkins Coie for services provided.
The FEC found that this was the case.
Instead of appealing they paid the fine.
Somehow this is being translated to OMG THEY GOT HILLARY!!! …… for $8000.
It’s quite amusing.

“The Federal Election Commission has reportedly fined Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and the Democratic National Committee over complaints that they violated federal law in improperly describing expenditures to law firm Perkins Coie, who then hired research firm Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on then-candidate Donald Trump.”
They were “fined”
“They violated federal law.”
It is spelled out in the article.

Only $8000. Given how many people the Clintons have murdered, that’s unjust.

FEC laws are notoriously easy to violate.
Nearly every campaign does it.
using the OP’s logic trump was convicted of fraud

Then you are correct. Out of all the times Trump has been fined by various courts not once has he admitted he was wrong

If people are found guilty, they are not required to admit guilt. Wise up.
THIS IS ABOUT HILLARY.

It is all spelled out in the article - which is my point.
Notice how there’s no mention of Clinton being “found guilty,” nor any mention of “court.”
Aren’t you feeling a little cognitive dissonance from trying to hype Clinton’s $8,000 fine from the FEC in this thread, while simultaneously trying to minimize Elon Musk’s $100,000 SEC fine?
Hillary has never been found guilty in a court of law. Trump however has multiple times

Who said Hillary was found guilty in a court of law? Or is it that you like arguing with yourself?
Because a court of law is the body that determines guilt. The FEC does not
Is that the lawsuit mentioned in the first few lines of this article?
