On the other hand, Trump has an independent 3rd party audit telling him his AO is the most prepared in the world. Do you have any evidence Cuomo sent his report to the central government and ask for help before China Flu hit?

We had 27 deaths from H1N1 in Texas. We handled it pretty good.
Private sector is not bailing out the government.
