There is no reason for conservatives to ever play defense on this issue. Call these people out on their lies. I have never seen a conservative ask a liberal if they are doing this for political advantage. They would prefer to argue about due process and the rights of the invader. Play offense. Not defense.

When you support violations of th Constitution, you’re correct…going on the defensive is bad strategy.

They didn’t care about due process when it came to people hunted for being,at Jan. 6. They didn’t care about freedom of speech when it came to people speaking up at school board meetings or praying in protest in front of abortion clinics. They didn’t care about freedom of speech when the FBI told internet media what they should ban.
Liberals saw California turn red to blue when it was flooded with migrants. They wanted to see the same thing happen in Texas and Florida. The rest about due process and the first amendment is virtue signaling and diversion.
