It is very saddening how the snakes in the Democrat Party Leadership have conned Republican talking heads in our media, to foolishly assert the Democrat Party Leadership wants to end capitalism in the United States. Nothing could be further from the truth. Let me explain.

Just to be clear, what does “capitalism” mean?

The significant feature of “capitalism” is the investment and manipulation of capital to achieve an anticipated profit and/or goal.

Now that we understand what the word “capitalism” means, the frightening truth is, the Democrat Party Leadership and their ruthless snakes, want to create a system in which folks in government are left free to monopolize and engage in unfettered “capitalism”. Whenever a Democrat Politician talks about “investments”, they are talking about politically controlled “capitalism”, and how they are going to “invest” the hard earned wages they taxed away from you. Unfortunately, their goal is not a noble one. Their goal is to redistribute a portion of your hard earned weekly wages to their friends and allies, just as they did under Obama’s “green energy” money laundering operation in which 80% of Obama green jobs money went to Obama donors.

The fact is, the Democrat Party Leadership does not want to end capitalism in the United States, and our Republican talking heads need to stop saying they do. What the Democrat Party Leadership really wants to end is a free market, free enterprise system which our founders believed in and sought to protect with defined and limited powers granted to our federal government.

Let us not forget the words of Thomas Jefferson’s First Annual Message to Congress :

”Agriculture, manufactures, commerce, and navigation, the four pillars of our prosperity, are the most thriving when left most free to individual enterprise.”

That is what the Democrat Party Leadership really wants to end. Not Capitalism.

BTW, Karl Marx popularized the words “capitalist” and “capitalist mode of production” to attack our free market, free enterprise system, without having to reference the word “free”.

I pretty much agree with what you wrote above. Having said that, I draw a distinction between voters and those holding an office of public trust and have proven to put their own interests first, in addition to advocating that which does not promote our general welfare and common defense as a nation.

Doesn’t matter what’s she was proposing when running for PUSA because she’s now running for VPUSA which means she now campaigning for Biden’s platform which does not include Medicare for all.
Medicare for all wouldn’t bankrupt the original Medicare program, they would be assimilated. Medicare for all still leaves people free to make their own medical and healthcare decisions and choices.

This doesn’t prove she’s a socialist… just that’s she really liberal. To ascertain if she is a secret socialist you’d have to look to see if she has sponsored any legislation that implements socialism or find her diary and see if she talks about loving socialism in there.

For the record, while Sanders calls himself a Democratic Socialist, his voting record and policies are more social democrat/liberal.

Anyone who said that would be massively ignorant.
