If all WalMart ever did was overcharge you for coffee one time, there is no “playing field to level” by going nuclear.

I would imagine Russia would rather have the tariffs than the sanctions on them. Plus one should look to Europe for their importing of natural gas. We’re not big trading partners with Russia.
