The democrat party is majority white. It’s irrelevant. The same demographic that runs the GOP runs the DNC.

The concern of conservatives is the replacement of a defecting Democrat electorate with an imported demographic of non-citizens that Democrats want to as rapidly as possible enfranchise to vote and, because they are dependent on state welfare, Dems expect them to vote for the party that promises the most welfare.
