Terrorist threat ? For practicing his constitutional right.
Nice.

Indeed. One of the symptoms of lead poisoning is increased mental retardation.

intending to cause public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof, the person:
MO Casenet will show you all the details (all free) once they get his information updated in the system. Site doesn’t behave well with FireFox. Chrome works just fine.

Here is a list of his prior record.

I don’t see terrorist threat sticking on him either.

By doing something that is legal?

Yes. Public disorder is a wide encompasing law. You can be doing things that are legal and still be charged under it.
The guy in Utah that would go to the malls was causing alarm and recklessly creating a risk. Same with this idiot in the OP

I probably shouldn’t . . . .
But I will . . . .
Are you calling for a ban on knives now?

But then what is the purpose of an open carry law if open carrying in fact causes alarm?
Snow96

Depends on how they open carry.
In my walmart (before the shooting) there was a guy (non officer) walking around with a pistol on his hip. No one batted an eye. No one was shot. No store evacuations.
In my little town there are quite a few who open carry every day. There are probably a hundred or more that carry concealed.

right, but here’s the thing…if you say this - being shortly after a mass murder with a gun in a store - is not the time for this kind of behavior, I’m not sure there ever can be.
Because say 3-4 months from now, when we’re more complacent, and the tragedy is behind us…well, that’s when a person hell bent on destruction would in fact be able to open carry his way into a store without anyone batting an eye!
In other words, now is not the time because we are on edge…but in the future, when we’re not on edge, we probably should be!
(Am I explaining myself clearly? I’m not sure I am…)

When was the last time a person shot in that small town?
The fact that he was recording makes me anxious. Hopefully this doesn’t become a streaming trend.

It was the way he did it in my opinion, that P.D. would be a chargable offense. I don’t see terroristic threat going anywhere.

Guy is going to prision on a no parol llife sentence.
Before that 18 months. Guy took his dad up to the mountains and shot him.
Well other than the 8 suicides by gunshot this year.

Seems like high suicide rate.
So you have one murder a year? National average is like 5 per 100,000.

…or a person walking into a mosque?
Anywhere - body armor suggests that you are expecting trouble.

We have a total county populaiton of 20K
And yes we do have a high suicide rate. Drugs do that to people.
We are hoping the latest trend in a way to committe suicide stops.
