The people hiring someone to be a prestigious university president SHOULD care about the candidates published history and ethics. If they got excited and skipped their due diligence….why?

I think this kind of thin examples of plagerism (which as I detail above, IMO, aren’t all plagerism and those that might be are pretty tame) didn’t surface until people started hating on her for her answers in front of congress.

It’s unrealistic to think a search committee is going to do a plagerism search on every peice a candidate writes.

This brings up a question - how did these examples come to light? Who took the time to track them down?

I think it is like lots of things (eg being a supreme court nominee, being a presidential candidate etc…)

When she was just a lame-o propagandist masquerading as a college professor she could get away with a lot of garbage . . . but once she molly-coddled terrorism, mass rape, genocide an cutting-off breasts and tossing them around the room like a party game while the victim is being sodomized and stabbed every time she flinches etc. she put herself under a microscope.

You are right … she easily could have restated that in her own words. As @LucyLou said, she was lazy.
