I see the Supreme Court has upheld an interim order of a lower court that blocks Biden’s changes to title IX to include trans people. This appears to be an argument over forcing trans people into womens sports. The ruling was 5-4.
How will Kamala handle that? Will she argue Biden has the authority to force people’s daughters to wrestle trans men or will she back away?
