Harris had to drop out of the 2020 race and had about a 3% approval rating.
She has no accomplishments as VP and is apparently a nightmare to work for.
Just goes to show, the democrats could get behind a rock if it had a ‘D’ painted on it.

Harris was a poor candidate for President in 2020, ran out of money fast and never gained traction. Biden saw enough in her to make her his Veep and she has done all the blocking and tackling he required for the last 4 years.
And when folks came after Biden she stood by him.
When Biden was finally convinced to drop out, his final move was to endorse Harris before there could be any talk about a contested nomination. Within a few hours he got his way, she got the nomination. Much to the chagrin for many other hopeful Dems.
To the surprise of many, including myself, Harris has evolved into quite a contender in these last 4 years. She has been precise and polished, she is getting personnel even Biden couldn’t get such as David Plouffe. She is raising money, staying on point and working her ass off. Plus, she nailed the Veep selection. For an imperfect candidate in 2020, she is running a perfect campaign so far in 2024.
Not to say she won’t make a mistake or so along the way, but so far she has exceeded expectations.
