Sen. Harris is afraid of this because she knows that is exactly what the liberal judges do but, of course, she is OK with what the liberal judged do. She just doesn’t want conservative judges to actually follow the Constitution. And she doesn’t want the conservative judges to overrule the “laws” that the activist liberal judges have put in place unlawfully!
