Speaking during his opening monologue on ‘Hannity’ Tuesday night, Sean weighed-in on Michael Flynn’s decision to withdraw his guilty plea; claiming his prosecutors were acting in “bad faith.”

“After months if irregularities in the Michael Flynn case, now Flynn has formally filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea; alleging bad faith by his prosecutors,” said Hannity. “We know that the Inspector General found James Comey lacked candor, that would be lying.”

“We know that the FBI investigators that interviewed Michael Flynn didn’t think he was lying, they said that,” he added.
