Not all. It really depends on where they are located. Brentwood CA has excellent public schools. Where there is money, public schools are better.

Their parents obtained money by being conscientious workers who care about things like marriage and education. Those same parents kids would likely do well in school even if they weren’t in a rich neighborhood.

Wealthier parents have more time and resources to be involved in their kid’s schools.
Of course parents that are not wealthy can be involved, but it can be harder. Those parents may be working 2 jobs, or very long grueling hours.

It can certainly done by any parent (s), but it is definitely easier for those with more resources and time.
