Tofu can be pretty tasty. It really just absorbs the flavor of whatever it’s cooked in.

Ahi and yellowfin is same fish. But yeah fish that is vacuum packed and flash frozen is a way to go IMO.

Specially if you can get it on sale. It causally thaws quick at room temp in about hour when needed.

Yeah love Ribeye. But mostly I eat tenderloin nowadays…but one in a while I’ll sneak one in. :wink:

I don’t eat beef, it’s unhealthy and bad for the planet. Fish and poultry are enough meat for me.

Also a really well prepared portobello tastes as good as steak, in my opinion, and has the added benefit of not causing cancer.

So you want to ban beef? You know, we must protect our planet and lower the cost of healthcare.

Meat doesn’t cause cancer, and even if it does…we all die anyway.

The scientific evidence that too much red meat causes colorectal cancer is overwhelming.
