I planted an avocado tree in my front yard about 5 years ago. Every year I get little avocado’s but they fall off before they can mature. I hear it takes about 7 years for the tree to produce. Every year I count the little fellows and hope this will be the year they make it.

I love avocados, just peel and add some salt. Kind of like a boiled egg.

Can you believe I never tried one? Is it different than that green mush that tastes awful? Or is it very similar in taste?

We do a “choose your restaurant” for lunch on someone’s birthday.

I ordered fried frog legs (which sounds gross) with drawn butter. Everyone who tried them eyes almost popped out of their heads because of how good they are.

Pretty similar but it isn’t mushy. I’m not a big fan of them mushed up. :woman_shrugging:

Ok, I have to make a point to try one.

Let me get this straight… an American digital brand that focuses on food and cooking-related topics, makes a business decision to not feature beef products, is somehow, a progressive culture war on beef?

It is like y’all find the stupidest things to get outraged over…

Beef is not going anywhere…your sacred cow is safe.

I prefer mine mushed up, with tomatoes, onions, garlic, S&P, hint of lime, and some crushed red pepper. AKA Guacamole.

Please, this is exactly what you guys do on EVERY single pet leftist cause - they always start with this type of “advocacy.”

Fox News provided the following statement from Roberts on Monday: “On Friday, we told you about a study from the University of Michigan to give some perspective on President Biden’s ambitious climate change goals. That research from 2020 found that cutting back how much red meat people eat would have a drastic impact on harmful greenhouse gas emissions. The data was accurate, but a graphic and the script incorrectly implied it was part of Biden’s plan for dealing with climate change. That is not the case.”

You should try it with some crushed scorpion pepper. Crushed red pepper is no longer the only pepper flakes you can buy. Crushed ghost pepper flakes is really good on pizza.

Who is they? Do you really think Democrats are going to ban beef?

Is suggesting to eat a more balanced diet…some evil liberal plot to control people?

We have a health crisis, specifically, obesity…and that boils down to what we eat.

Education is the best way to for people to make better decisions. How is this bad?

No, no, no…i like a hint of heat. I have no desire to have my mouth on fire.

I am a wussy when it comes to spicy.

LOL. The beauty of pepper flakes is that they are as hot as you want. It all depends on how much you add. I was no longer getting any heat from crushed red peppers. I’m not a fan of melting my face off when I eat either. I save that for challenges.

This was from a Netflix show. They also had other interesting challenges.

That’s the lovely Bella from Heat 101. I’m nowhere near their level. But I did complete the Death Nut Challenge 2.0. And I can eat around half of tube of terror.

That’s crazy…not for me!

That’s an old classic. You can’t help but to laugh at that. Chili is my favorite food. It’s the one food I always eat super hot. The means I use to make it hot can’t be bought at the supermarket.

I have no problem with people not eating hot stuff. It’s a personal preference. What I don’t get is when people that don’t eat hot stuff go right to the hottest! It never ends well. You have to build a tolerance.

Learn how to use a sword before you try to slay the dragon. A simple concept. I also don’t like when people prank others with super hot stuff. I realize a lot of it is staged, but many aren’t.

Get the Haas (little ones). Plus, they are a super food so very, very good for you.
