If that were true then she was either a) completely detached from the administration of which she was second in command or b) she is now lying about her roll in and support for the public policy positions of the Biden administration. Which is it?

Nonsense. Fair and balance is the Court’s job. Her job as AG was to prosecute them and try to throw them into prison. Her job as President, should she be elected, would be to prevent them from illegally entering the country and apprehending them if they do. What happens next, whether it’s prosecution, imprisonment, or deportation, would be the only place where discretion should apply.
