DeSantis is a politician. If he was putting forth an effort to make insulin more affordable for Floridians, yes I would commend him. DeSantis has history and IMHO has the best interests of Florida at heart. He’s got plenty of critics down here and I’m not a native son. But aside from the traffic here in S Florida and feeling stupid sometimes because me espanol es no bueno, the place is kinda nice. I’m from PA, lived in MD and a bunch of other states in my 70+ years. One thing is constant about politicians, none of em are squeaky clean. Old saying: “the hat is in there somewhere, you find it”

Just call me skeptical. And as another poster mentioned, let’s see who gets the “sweet contracts”. I smell a Hunter Biden deal on the winds. But to be fair, if the guy pulls it off as promised I’ll give props.
