Government Funding, the Economy & wealth Gap

For those of you in Rio Linda,
it is mathematically impossible to solve the debt/deficit problem through tax increases. At the going rate Gov’t spending will equal 100% of GDP in 40 years.

How ya gonna balance the budget? A 100% tax rate?

Yes, I seen it in the debate. I sometimes see it at the assisted living center where one of my aunts live. That’s not just getting old. Any 80 year old I’ve ever met was able to talk.

Joe Biden was as big of a pathological liar there’s ever been in government.

That was not dementia. He looked tired, and Trump is an effective debater being able to get his opponent off his game. That being said, I do think Biden was too old to perform well in a 2nd term. If you watched Biden’s “farewell” speech, he did fine, very few gaffes/stuttering.
If he had dementia, he would not have been able to do that.

That is absolutely insane!!!
I own a 3br, 2 bath, 1600 sqft, 2 car attached garage on a corner 1/2 acre lot. Paid around 115k

You are wrong, very wrong in fact. My mom is 85 and still very sharp, I am currently on a YouTube binge of WW2 veterans talking about their time in the war, listened to one gentleman who was 101 years old and that man cracked me up.

Biden is suffering from dementia and has been for several years, that is why he held very few press conferences.

Even one suffering from dementia can still read a teleprompter.

$2.25 million invested to create each job!

Question:
Should labor and capital divide the proceeds the same,
when investors put in $2.25 million capital per job
as when investors put in $100,000 or $200,000 per job?

Have you even seen senility IRL?

Have you ever seen these symptoms regarding Biden?

Dementia is a condition characterized by:

mayoclinic.org+4
Loss of memory
Decline in cognitive abilities
Problems with thinking, behavior, and motor control
Interference with daily life and activities
Loss of ability to think, remember, and reason

You didn’t comprehend it in 2020 and I’m not surprised you still can’t. This is pure lib. They see and hear what they choose, ignoring the factual reality around them.

Silicon Valley is crazy. It’s all about location. A house that is roughly 300k by me, would go for over 1M there. It’s a weird situation where they aren’t even getting anything for their money. They are paying solely for location.

Biden’s condition was clearly not normal for someone that is tired, or old. He had some condition that caused cognitive decline. I’ve met many in their 90s that did not act like Biden. Not even close. My grandmother died at 99, and never did she sputter, slur, drift off, or otherwise not be able to complete thoughts.

Yes, both of my grandparents on my moms side, and before anyone comments on the fact my mom is still sharp, they adopted her.

It’s awful.

Biden is old. He isn’t senile yet. And probably won’t get there.

Doesnt mean he isn’t imparied by age. But he’s not senile.

Early stages…maybe. Y’all are saying he has had it for years…

Location Location Location.

One of the best places to live regarding weather, job opportunity, entertainment of all kinds. And a very diverse population, which provides a huge variety of everything. We were very lucky to buy a house before it went crazy.

After reading a few article, I don’t think so.

I know this is nowhere near SF, but what happened to Santa Monica? I was there somewhere around 2000 and I loved it. I was on the pier among other places. It was beautiful. Now it is a complete dump.

I know this isn’t the only reason, but when you don’t enforce the law against theft, guess what you’re going to get a lot more of? What business would want to operate under those conditions?

You are blinded by politics. If it was a Republican acting exactly like Biden you would be singing a different tune.

I would call them impaired but not senile because I have seen senility and know he’s not there. And if he hasn’t gone senile yet, he likely won’t before he passes on.
