Two planes full of Venezuelan refugees landed unexpectedly in Martha’s Vineyard, which is a small tourist island shutting down for the year. The flights were designed deliberately as a provocative and thoroughly nauseating political stunt to fluff the base and stick it to the lbs. So the people on the island fed the visitors, housed them, and now are helping them get to Boston, a big city in the state with resources, infrastructure, jobs, a Venezuelan community, etc. At least some of those on the flight were told that’s where they were going, anyway.
And you think this makes the people on the island look bad, or casts the city where they’re going in a bad light? Looks like they arrived as props and are leaving as human beings.
