GOP Delays Immigration Vote

What about the children currently separated from their families and are still locked up in cages? What is happening to them?

The media makes out to be like they are concentration camps and horrible living conditions. That is not the case.

Its not the democrats job to help the GOP with their agenda.

yet less then half, i would even go on to say…a minority you could say. 43% if you round up

 Riight

Wow, that made no sense. When the republicans have the majority, they have the responsibility.

I was talking about when the GOP had control of Congress, and saw their entire role as nothing but blocking whatever Obama wanted to do.

So please don’t play dumb.

Oh? Tell us about the visits you’ve made to the detention centers.

How in the hell do you know this? Have you visited these “summer camps”?

Kids were separated under Obama sparingly-it wasn’t standard policy. It was when the best interest of the child was considered. Dangerous/criminal parents-situations like that.

Under Trump it became standard policy as a deterrent. That’s the difference.

Trump created the problem, them patted himself on the back by ending it, but only after trying to point fingers at everyone else for creating the problem he created.

41 Republicans and every single Democrat obstructed this bill. That is the mathematical fact of it.

She saw a couple of pictures at Breitbart and DailyCaller and made up her mind.

No no no! Didn’t you get the memo. Its the 2nd time in two days we’ve been told that something our government does can’t be done without the democrats. Apparently it’s not fair that the GOP can’t pass legislation despite having enough votes to do it. And oh by the way, the Democrats are supposed to go along with their agenda despite most of it being completely against what they and their voters elected them for.

Look at them for yourself  Casa padre for one is pretty nice. Here are some pictures: Casa Padre: Different takes on the child immigrant facility in Brownsville, Texas — Quartz

Um, that was from Quartz, a liberal press.

maybe the new camps on military bases will be better

What efforts has the GOP made to even work with the Dems? Ryan could definitely pass a bipartisan bill if he’d abandon the stupid Hastert rule and work with Dems. But yet you blame the Dems for not going lock step with the opposition party who refuses to even reach out.

Partisan hackery at its finest.

Republicans obstructed every piece of legislation Obama and the Dems wanted to see passed…this despite the Dems and Obama realizing they were in the minority and tried to reach out.

And even when the Dems had the majority, they STILL tried to reach out- on the stimulus package (which they compromised on what they wanted and put in tax cuts the GOP wanted…and the GOP STILL didn’t vote for it) and health care.

Apparently the responsibility to try and get along with the opposition only applies to Democrats.
