I searched “Trump news” on Google and the very first link was to Fox News.

I usually stay out of these latest Trump tweet threads but he is once again pandering to his base.

Sooo in before “well he is right google censors and manages results based on its agenda…”.

Why would he google “Trump news” and then throw a tantrum because he finds search results he doesn’t like?

I expect a slew of insults coming Googles way in the next few weeks.

So, the two possible explanations are: 1) He thinks his base is stupid, or 2) He doesn’t understand how search engines work.

He probably has no idea what an algorithm is. I suspect he thinks actual humans are curating and returning results for search terms.

Just for arguments sake, let’s say Google is manipulating the search results to only show bad stuff about conservatives. When Trump suggests that this would be illegal, what laws would be violated? He suggested that this would be “addressed”. How would the federal government “address” this?
