During the pandemic, the CDC endorsed measures that allowed schools to bring meditation exercises into the classroom. And it seems to be of great benefit! We’re seeing lower stress levels, and more ability to focus.
I’ve always been one that wanted to see something like this implemented. I hope that this will have a ripple effect and in the future will see reduces levels of anxiety, depression, bullying, and others.
My reoccurring complaint when my kids were in school was, not enough breaks. But all the type A parents in my town disagreed. They liked a jam packed over achieving schedule. Idiots.
