Nah. Completely dismantling the ACA absolutely will put people in chains. The chains of not being able to treat illnesses due to being denied coverage for pre-existing conditions. The chains of losing their house because they go bankrupt from medical bills. The chains of grief because a loved one died due to our messed up health care system.
