Godzilla: King of the Monsters

I saw Godzilla: King of the Monsters today, and it was a solid and amazing film.

I love the creature battles in the film as well as the visual effects.

I thought the performances were solid.

Looking forward to Godzilla vs. King Kong!

It’s an entertaining film to watch.

I give it a grade of an A-.

ENJOY!

Saw this tonight myself. It’s not an intellectual film, certainly. It’s quite dumb, actually. And with the number of explosions it’s a wonder anyone gets out alive. That said, it’s better than the last one (which wasn’t that good), and Yankees fans will love that Fenway Park gets destroyed. And one of the big roles in the film has Bradley Whitford (“West Wing”). He plays a Josh-like character here, too.

Overall, it’s very dumb but fun. My grade would be a C Plus.

My step son is a huge Godzilla fan and he says true aficionados of this genre will love the film. The wider public not so much.

Yeah, I think so. And anyone seeing it should sit through the credits. There’s something at the very end.

This is how I feel. For me it was very nostalgic which included the music score from the old school Godzilla movies(I’ve seen all of them). I loved this movie.

I hate to this trend. Please stop Hollywood.

And for those who haven’t heard, the sequel next year is Kong Vs. Godzilla. Seriously.
