Funny thing about the Laurentide Ice Sheet is, even if you dropped it into the middle of the pacific ocean, it still would’ve taken over 5,000 years to melt. The ice age ended in about 1,400 years.

You know what sucks about that? The Earth warmed up over 20 degrees within two millennia, and we can’t even tax people for it. lol

My post of that link was in direct response to a comment about international climate scientists. You are attempting to dismiss it because you are talking about something else. The fact is, the international climate scientists who still belong (meaning they haven’t resigned in disgust) to the IPCC are perhaps the most corrupt scientifically out of the whole bunch.

So while it doesn’t change what you said, it does illustrate that what you said was off point.

Nothing is being wrecked. Normal warming and cooling cycles is what’s going on.

Pollution is much less in the US than when i was growing up as well.

Air pollution is not really the cause of global warming. The main cause of global warming are CO2 emissions.

co2 is a weak greenhouse gas and there is less of it in the atmosphere than ARGON

and it is being blamed because it went from around 300ppm to around 400 ppm - in other words, 0.03 % to 0.04 % of the atmosphere

if the measurements are even true

and the US is not the only contributor of in the world by far. and not the biggest either

assuming any warming is even going on beyond normal planet cycles

co2 being a greenhouse gas doesnt logically lead to it causing the greenhouse effect due to it’s low concentration in the atmosphere and other more substantial influences on mean global temp.
