Exactly, each of the leaks are conveniently happening wile Rudy is near a camera ready to read a wacky statement and Lanny Davis has to be tracked down uptown only offer a “no comment”.

After 911 Giuliani and his circle got away with plenty of crazy ■■■■■ not this level of crazy but up there. Maybe Rudy thinks he’s still operating in an environment where half the country thinks Saddam will nuke us tomorrow and the only truth that matters is being alive or dead.

one idea is he is lubing the maggots so when the real bomb shells come out they will just go meh. In a sense he is lubing the public to get used to these stories so they dont care.

In the late 90s, I became friends with a really wealthy kid who lived on the Upper East Side. His mother was close friends with Donna Hanover, still Giuliani’s wife at the time, but after he’d already been seen in public with Judy Nathan.
I remember Donna coming over at night, and drinking a bottle of wine and complaining about Rudy while me and my friend played video games.
I’m surprised it’s taken this long for someone to throw-up ‘‘the tapes are fake’’ crap. That’s pure Trump. His morons will eat it up no questions asked.

Giuliani is now realizing that working for Trump means he wil never be told the truth by Trump and every time he says something he then has to pivot when further details are revealed.
When Trump was confident Cohen would remain silent Guiliani was telling the world what a great guy he was. Then when turns he talks about how Cohen cannot he trusted. Now when that backfires he has to rely on Trumps tried and tested tactic of telling his supporters not to believe what they hear.
“Lubing” his supporters indeed. Funny thing is, they don’t really need it at this point. They’ve been receptive to Trump’s lies since the day he announced his run.
Welllll, he used up his 9/11 goodwill pretty quickly. First he was like, hey, we can delay the elections and I’ll stay mayor and New Yorkers were like, uh, no. Then he pushed his business partner and ex-police commissioner Bernie Kerik as homeland security secretary and it turned out he was in league with the ■■■■■■■ Mafia lol.
