Good lord… Trump is a party in a federal lawsuit… The other party is asking to have him deposed… Will he testify under oath?

He’ll be served probably but knowing his record will fight it as far as he can. The precedent however has already been set.

We were talking about a criminal conviction not a contempt citation and even in the case of a criminal trial a judge can decide guilt without even a jury being empaneled. In most cases though people demand a jury trial hoping for a better roll of the dice.

I actually agree 100% A contempt citation is totally different than criminal law. Which is why it’s wrong to say Clinton was found guilty of perjury.

Not while they can replay Season 1 of Duck Dynasty from the comfort of their La-Z-Boy. Plus Domino’s has a great special on three-topping pizza, as long as our future revolutionary can get up off his sofa long enough to drive down to pick it up. He’ll probably make it there and back with a half-dozen beers already packed away. If not, he can blame Hillary.
