I don’t care one way or the other what happens, happens. I’m just waiting for both party’s to help this country fold and I’ll take the crumbs that are left. We were talking about a criminal conviction not a contempt citation and even in the case of a criminal trial a judge can decide guilt without even a jury being empaneled. In most cases though people demand a jury trial hoping for a better roll of the dice.

I actually agree 100% A contempt citation is totally different than criminal law. Which is why it’s wrong to say Clinton was found guilty of perjury.

Plus Domino’s has a great special on three-topping pizza, as long as our future revolutionary can get up off his sofa long enough to drive down to pick it up.
