Biology in that regardless of if a man cuts off their penis they still hold huge advantages over women in athletic sports. They still have the outright advantage of being a man for ‘x’ amount of years before the transition as well as larger bone structures stronger in every way, hand size, testosterone etc…

There is a reason why men who say they are women and compete against them are breaking previous held women world records. Remember the celebrated United States National women’s soccer team last year? They were beat by a junior high boys soccer team, what would the U.S. national men’s soccer team do to them? And why would anyone to do that to women in sports?

So stop segregating based on gender and do it on ability instead. Problem solved.

I don’t agree with biologically male athletes competing against women. That said, if a woman wants to fight a transgender female (biological male), that’s their choice. If a female wants to challenge a male in any sport, that’s their choice. Women shouldn’t be forced to compete against biological males, however.

The suit is not about MMA. It’s about high school track. The girls can either race against boys or go home. They have no other choice. And the democratic party. The party of women won’t even stand up for them. Why the hell not?

Maybe because they can stand up for themselves? Seems fitting a member of a party of white males would think someone needs to come in and “stand up for” those girls. How 1950’s of you.

The problematic aspect of #metoo is in punishing people who have not been proven to have done anything. And no, number of accusers is not evidence of guilt.

Man visited by police at work over 'transphobic' tweet hails High Court...

Thankfully in the above case the judge ruled in his favor but maybe one day they want. Basicallly the police showed up at this mans work because of a tweet he had posted that was considered transphobic and told him his tweet has been recorded as a “hate incident”.

The judge thankfully ruled in the mans favor but for how long?

Problem not solved. If it’s based on ability a woman will never win an athletic competition. Serena Williams would be an unknown. As good as she is, she would probably not break in to the top 100 in men’s tennis. What woman weight lifter could compete against men? The WNBA would be dead. None of the women on the U.S. national team would be playing soccer. They would all have regular jobs.

Perhaps you’re not, but I’m considering all athletes, not just the “top” ones. It makes more logical sense to separate based on skill, weight, or some class like than make assumptions about someone’s physical abilities based on gender… especially considering whether you like or not, acceptance of transgender people is growing and you can’t make assumptions about the physical abilities of a transgender person because thing likes when they started transitioning.
Are you against men playing against women where they are roughly on par skill and ability wise?

If you did that there would essentially be no women in professional sports. Let’s consider basketball. So instead of having the NBA and WNBA, there was the NBA “A” League and the NBA “B” League. There would still be no women in that league, and that would likely in a “C” League or “D” League as well. In other words the top 1% of female athletes might not be able to compete until you get past 20-30% of male athletes. Regarding professional sports it’s likely somewhere around the top 1% of male athletes. Businesses wise no professional league is going carry a plethora of teams just for the sake of having some women be in their league.
