First, I hate that this is due to Parkinson’s - it’s a nasty disease.

Second, this is going to make the 2020 election really interesting in GA. David Perdue (the other GA senator) was already up for reelection in 2020. This means that GA will be in an unusual situation where we will be voting on 2 senate seats in 1 year. This is a rarity due to the way Senate elections are set up.
