Genocide in Gaza?

Netanyahu’s coalition wants to expel the Palestinian population. That would make it possible to formally annex the West Bank and Gaza so that the Jewish state can exist from the river to the sea. The problem is that expulsion requires a war.

There are two ways to arrange a pretext for the war. One is to “make it happen”; the other is “let it happen.” Clearly the October 7 attack has served as a pretext for massive retaliation from Israel. There is ample evidence that Israel had advance knowledge of the attack but did nothing to prevent it. That is consistent with a “let it happen” scenario.

If that seems farfetched, consider the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty, just off the coast of Sinai during the Six-Day War in June 1967, which is a well-documented example of “make it happen”.

Declassified communications show that the Israelis knew that that Liberty was a US Navy ship, but unmarked Israeli fighters and later Israeli ships repeatedly attacked the ship in apparent attempt to sink it and kill the crew. Israeli jamming and damage to the antennas prevented radio communication until the surviving crew was able rig a crude antenna and send out a distress call to US Navy ship. Even then, Secretary of Defense McNamara and President Johnson refused to allow the Navy to render assistance. Only once Washington received word that the Israelis had
intercepted the distress call and called off the attacks did the Navy finally send help.

The surviving crew were ordered to remain silent. The attack was labeled as an accident in the media. Any questioning of the details or motives was labeled as antisemitic. Only decades later did the truth start to come out.

The most likely explanation is that the attack was intended to sink the ship and kill all the crew so it could be blamed on the Egyptians. The attack could be used as a pretext for US military intervention in support of Israel. The attack and coverup provide strong evidence that the US and Israel are willing to attack their own citizens in order to provide a pretext for war. A similar scenario appears in Operation Northwoods that proposed false flag attacks to provide a pretext for war against Cuba.

I don’t think Israel wants the land.
I think they are tired of neighbors who elected the Hamas killers and cheered ever rape and murder.

You are right of course, but then there is no way to know if Fatah would not have degenerated into something just as bad if not worse than Hamas. Those people are all crazy.

Yeah they’re all pretty nuts.

How many people were involved in the Israeli conspiracy to help Hamas put babies in ovens? You would need many if you wanted it to succeed. Right? And did Israel have to kill the ones who said “ARE YOU ■■■■■■■ CRAZY!!!” Meanwhile the following report about your boys isn’t a theory. You’re in bed with the devil.

There are fine terrorists on both sides. Why should we be sending weapons to either side?

Israeli media have reported that Israel had detailed plans for the October 7 attack and distributed them within the IDF in September 2023. Israeli soldiers who monitored Gaza reported preparations shortly before the attack.

The obvious explanation is that the Israeli leaders knew of the coming attack and chose to do nothing. The current cover story is that the failure to prevent the attack was a result of incompetence or negligence.

My observation is that the attack has helped the Israeli government on many levels, so why would they have wanted to stop it? The attack served as a pretext for massive retaliation and efforts to expell the population of Gaza. The attack has also provided a basis for tens of billions of dollars in military aid from Washington and US allies in Europe and continues to serve as a pretext for war with Iran. The attack and resulting wars have also delayed prosecutions of Netanyahu and his associates.

The US and Israeli governments conspired to create a false flag by sinking the USS Liberty and killing its crew. We only found out the details of the conspiracy decades later. How long will it take for the truth about the October 7 attack to come out?

Only in your world of make believe.

You have not answered my question. What are you supporting one of the most brutal barbaric regimes on planet Earth? Why so much love for Hamas?

I have already answered your question: I support neither side.

The real question is: “Why are you supporting one of the most brutal barbaric regimes on planet Earth?”

Why support the modern state of Israel?

Your words say otherwise.

Slaughter is fine. That’s a time-honored tradition.

Great question. Because they are peace loving and are one of the few non totalitarian regimes in the region. In fact, Muslims in Israel are freer than Muslims just about anywhere on Earth. Just don’t shoot at Israel and they won’t kill you. Seems like an easy thing to do.

Now I have a question. Should Hamas declare that it wants to coexist?

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing,”

If you stand by and do nothing to fight evil, you support evil.

They are only brutal when it comes to fighting evil.

When are you going to join Israel’s holy war to follow biblical commands to exterminate Amalek?

The first rule is do no harm. A starting point would be to end arms shipments to Middle East.

Isreal is democratic in the same way as Jim Crow Mississippi or South Africa during apartheid were democratic. Only a small fraction of the Palestinian population has voting rights and travel by Palestinians is severely restricted. Israeli settlers are free to attack Palestinian towns with impunity.

Gee, I wonder why.

Because they are the wrong religion. Modern Israel has defined itself as a Jewish state, and the ruling party has ruled out a two-state solution.

Israel has to expel and/or exterminate the Palestinians in order to annex everything from the river to the sea and keep a large Jewish majority. In the meantime, a form of apartheid is the default.

Because many are terrorists and sympathetic to Hamas.

Now you’re just being silly.
