President Trump’s approval rating jumped 6% in recent weeks; a warning sign for Democrats as they pursue impeachment just months before American voters head to the polls.

According to Gallup, Trump’s job performance rating now stands at 45%; a six-point jump since Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi announced formal impeachment hearings against the President back in November.

“President Donald Trump’s job approval rating has inched up again and is now at 45%. The president’s ratings have increased six percentage points since the House of Representatives opened an impeachment inquiry against him in the fall,” reports Gallup.
