What happened, did some low level field grade need a bullet point for his OER and changed High Value Target (HVT) to High Interest Target (HIT)?

well, some things have value when you blow them up and some are just interesting to watch.
When I was in the S2 for the 194th Armor Bde (SEP), a young S3 action officer tried to convince me that it was important for an officer to get credit for updating policies and procedures. For being innovative and using the newest buzz words. I listened politely, realizing once again that I was really glad that I was an NCO.

Yeah I saw that afterwards. He got shredded by shrapnel from a 120mm round busting through the building.
It was a fitting way for a piece of garbage to die.
Agreed. I like knowing that he was already wounded and had time to think about it.
Too quick. He needed more time in agony to reflect on why he was dying.
If we are lucky it cut him open but it took awhile for him to bleed out.
