I’m thinking if this is justified, it will open the doors for protecting ourselves from violent protestors.

What if he pointed it because he thought people were going to get run over?
Did the protestors attack him?

How would you prove it? He’s dead.

“If” the guy pointed a rifle at him, it was a good shoot.

The same way you would prove that Garrett pointed his gun at Perry.

Pointing a weapon at people walking past your house is pretty aggressive.

Which is going to be awesome.
This is a great world we are going into.

I remember this one. Did they ever charge the other two people for shooting at Sgt Perry while he was escaping the mob?

Pointing a gun is an act.
The other is a thought.
Holding it so it would break your wrist if you fired is pretty amusing though.
Actually, I just saw some weird rally those two held in a parking lot and dude had one of those tacky bedazzled ARs with no sight on it lol.

I remember now…I thought those names ringed a bell.
Yup, get used to it. This SC as currently sat, will eventually dismantle most, if not all gun regs. I wouldn’t be surprised if they even let violent felons have guns.

There is a pretty great article about that rally.
Worth looking up.
