Yeah there is a local middle Tn newspaper that predicted a ton of wild west shootouts when Tn passed a carry law.

I don’t know enough about the case to comment on this specific action. What I DO know is the handwringing and comments of “blood will run in the streets” if open carry is instituted has NOT happened. There are always outliers, this is one of them.
