Donald Trump and you laid it out beautifully.
Most christians hated Former President Obama’s policies? Such as?
What a shame that these women are being FORCED to have abortions.
BS… damn near the entire right attempted to deny him of his Christianity and instead repeatedly labelled him a Muslim…

In your dreams. Most on the right could have cared less what Obama was.
They disliked his policies. And being pro choice was one of the big ones. He spent a lot of time trying to make Christian organizations pay for things in his health care bill that they did not condone.
But here it is almost three years later and you still can’t stand that not everyone worshiped Obama like you did.
Me, I have no need to defend Trump he’s a big boy and can stand up for himself. And Obama is as good a Christian as Trump.
Most on the right were content to listen to talk of Obama being a secret Muslim in silence and without challenging it, whether they believed it or not.

No, in reality. First, I didn’t bring up Obama, you did, so you can knock it off with tired old “you still can’t stand…” crap. I supported most of Obamas agenda, but not all of it. I worship no one. It’s brazen that a Trump supporter would even level that allegation at anyone else, given the way you all have propped him up in the way you have, despite his long, long list of moral transgressions.
So, heres a brief reminder of reality: Read it, theres a lot more than just about Trump’s own views on Obama as a Muslim.
Nah. It’s my sons birthday. Making Ribs, enjoying the day with him. Got lots of other people to pray for tomorrow. Has Trump ever prayed for you or me? Has Trump ever prayed?
I thought he was a double secret commie pink Muslim ninja terrorist manchurian candidate. No one ever challenged that???
God doesn’t give a crap about who is President and he doesn’t give a crap about our mundane daily lives.
I believe in God but I don’t believe he sits around waiting to intercede.
Dude never even payed…you think he would spend extra on a letter?
Obama is a decent human being and Trump is not.
And we’re lectured here by Trump supporters.
It’s more funny than anything.

Franklin Graham is a disgrace to Christianity. He’s a false prophet. He’s nothing like his father.
Imagine a president of the United States who rambles on about the ■■■■■■■■ Jews,” most of whom opposed his policies, and listened while his sometime spiritual adviser egged him on with references to “satanic Jews.” Billy Graham was the spiritual adviser.
when audio tapes from the Nixon White House were released in 2002, Graham could be heard referring to Jews as pornographers and agreeing with Nixon that the U.S. media was dominated by liberal Jews and could send the United States “down the drain.”
Remember Billy Graham suddenly claiming that Mormons were good christians after all when Romney was running against Obama? After all the decades of declaring mormons to be satanic.

Fully agree. I find it much more humorous though watching the sudden flip from being the self-proclaimed party of morality and family-values, to the “Ah ■■■■ it, who cares if he’s a foul-mouthed adulterer who screws people out of money…” party that is today’s GOP.
Concerning the OP, I don’t really have an issue with Graham asking people t pray for Trump. If anyone needs it, it’s sure as hell him. But what I have an issue with is holding him up as if he’s an example of what a Christian should be, or that he’s being unfairly persecuted as a Christian. I no longer consider myself a Christian, but was raised in the church by a devout Christian family. Yes, we are all sinners, all faiths included. But Christians 1) typically try to abide by the fruits of the Spirit and generally live a life in accordance with scripture, and 2) at times when they don’t, they typically seek forgiveness. Trump does neither of those. On a daily basis he ridicules others on the basis of their looks, the way the act (voluntarily or involuntarily), their supposed low IQ, etc. When others comment on how crass those comments can be, he simply doubles down. There’s no chance in hell of him ever seeking forgiveness. He lives a life as far from Christ as one could possibly get. And yet, he’s held up as a shining example. SMH.
Anyone who genuinely believes he is a good Christian really needs to revisit the NT and perhaps ask why their are so many discrepancies between Trump’s behavior (both past and current) and the Christ’s teachings in the NT.
For decades they’ve perverted Christianity, using it as a vehicle to mold minds and opinions to lure them to the GOP. IMO, these guys are the antithesis of what a Christian is.
Are you one of the one’s that just sit there and stay silent when lies are told about Trump or his family? Do you challenge the ones telling unproven stories? Than maybe you are transferring your own guilt to people on the right.
I didn’t say any thing because I really could have cared less if Obama was a secret Muslim.
I believed that like Trump he used being a Christian to get votes. Not that he really believed anything that is in the bible.
It’s funny here it is years later and some on the left just can’t stand it that there were people on the right who just didn’t like Obama.
He’s a man that I wouldn’t even care to have a drink with. I did not like his idea’s and I did not like his attitude.
Trump I wouldn’t want to have a beer with him either. But I knew that I had a better chance of getting policies that I agreed with than I would have from Hillary. And I learned a long time ago that voting third party was just like voting for the other candidate.
We all have our reasons for voting for who ever we vote for. And there are too many things that the left push that I could never vote for them. I have about four things that determine who gets my vote and if a person supports any of those four things they will never get my vote.
What are those four things?
