We are talking about the Biden-Harris Administration not having authority to create a “program” which violates our immigration laws and introduces foreign nationals into the interior of our country who have not met specific statutory requirements.

Under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which was adopted in part to protect the general welfare of the United States and her citizens, aliens are to be denied entry into the interior of the United States for a number of reasons, e.g., communicable diseases which pose a threat to our population; aliens who have physical or mental disorders connected with threatening and dangerous behaviors; aliens who are drug addicts or traffickers; aliens with criminal convictions such as rape, robbery, extortion, prostitution, etc.; aliens who are likely to become a “public charge”; aliens who have engaged in terrorist activity or have incited terrorist activity, etc. . . . . .

The Biden/Harris Administration has ignored statutory laws which bar the entry of aliens into our country and invited millions upon millions of inadmissible aliens into the interior of our country where they are now inflicting pain and suffer upon American citizens and their children.

Why are you so eager to ignore this fact and troll with your green card comments which have nothing to do with the Biden/Harris Administration ignoring statutory law designed to promote the general welfare of the United States and her citizens?
