My boss did this to me once…and I took the heat for it one time…then told him: “I will never violate regulations simply because you direct me to. If you ever ask me to violate regulations or my own moral code again I will go over his head and to the board if I have to”.

Hes never asked since.

Even this treasonous bastard admits that fat donald asked McGahn to fire Mueller.

As are you with the constant repetition of “hate” in your posts when that’s not it at all. But then understanding what real issues are isn’t part of the Trump followers’ agenda.

That’s the obvious point. He may have suggested getting rid of Mueller, but if he seriously wanted to do it, it would have happened.
Wanting to do something and doing it are two different things. He definitely had the power to get rid of Mueller and chose not to do it. Perhaps it was because he was convinced by advisors not to do it, but that’s what advisors are for.

There is no law preventing Trump from firing anyone in his administration for any reason. Could it be that you might be the one who is unaware of the law?

Hatred really is at the very heart of those who constantly bash him.

Sigh…

Unless he does it with corrupt intent. You may disagree with that aspect of obstruction, but many legal experts do not.

Corrupt intent is virtually impossible to prove. Only Trump knows for certain why he does what he does.

As I’ve stated repeatedly, House DEMs can symbolically go through the impeachment process - which I believe they will. In the end voters alone will decide Trump’s fate.

As an isolated incident, perhaps. As part of a pattern, not so hard.

I disagree. She’s too savvy to make the mistake the GOP did with Clinton. While I think the Mueller report makes a credible case for obstruction, it’s nowhere near the slam dunk needed to get 20 GOP Senate votes. Unless some devastating financial or tax fraud is uncovered in the House or by SDNY, no impeachment. I could be wrong.

That is not true at all. A President cannot obstruct justice.

Can you cite such law?

Huh??? Never said he could?

However, a president can legally fire anyone in his administration for any reason or for no reason.

He would have broken no law if he fired Mueller, although he would have committed political suicide if he had done so.

Care to show some constitutional proof here?

Obstruction of Justice is against the law, regardless of which government official it is.

Why do you keep putting words in my mouth?

We are done.

Lol. Nevermind the only reason the president didn’t obstruct is because McGhan wouldn’t fire Mueller. What ever happened to Lindsey Graham? Or was he previously just pretending to have morals?

No words are being put into your mouth.

You claimed that a President can fire his FBI director for ANY reason, and you showed no proof of that.

You claimed that a President can legally fire Mueller, and showed no proof.

These are not my words, but your own.

Yes, indeed we’re done, because you cannot back up your points. Trump is no God.

Definitely. And I’m wondering with what? Money from Russia? Funneled through the NRA?

Then why do you keep asking me to show you where obstruction of justice is legal???

In regards to your request for proof that he can fire Comey or Mueller:

I think that there are quite a few Republican rats that are krompomat with Russia money funneled via the NRA and I hope the NY AG will get to the bottom of it soon.

Me too. And I think it’s the only thing that explains Graham.
