Losing proposition for Dominion. In more ways than one.

May the folks running Dominion have nothing to eat but ghost pepper flavored sugar free Haribo gummy bears and nothing to drink but prune juice.

I don’t think this excuse will clear Dominion in court.

“Michigan’s elections were conducted fairly, effectively and transparently and are an accurate reflection of the will of Michigan voters,” she said in a statement. “The erroneous reporting of unofficial results from Antrim County was a result of accidental error on the part of the Antrim County Clerk. The equipment and software did not malfunction and all ballots were properly tabulated. However, the clerk accidentally did not update the software used to collect voting machine data and report unofficial results.”

“The software did not cause a misallocation of votes; it was a result of user human error. Even when human error occurs, it is caught during county canvasses,” the statement added.

Not enough for voter fraud and not enough to cook FOX goose. The loss in trust of their systems belongs to Dominion and Dominion alone.

I hope it goes to court and defendants present their election fraud evidence under oath.

User “human error”?

There was a hell of a lot of that last election and it all went in one direction.

Plus how and why would you update software in the midst of an election tally?

Might be fine…just enough to sink any lawsuit though.

Yeah why would you shut down in mid count/mid of night to reprogram. Very suspicious.

Cool.

Let us know how it all turns out.

Trump supporters progressing narrative…

“Dominion is too scared to sue because of discovery”

(Dominion sues Rudy Guliani)

“Dominion is only suing Giuliani because he can’t pay and they are just using the court system to crush him”

(Dominion sues MyPillow CEO)

“Dominion won’t sue a major corporation, they have to go after private citizens”

(Dominion sues FoxNews)

“Uhhhhhhhh”

Trying to bankrupt people through lawfare is soooo upstanding.

if they have the evidence of fraud then they should not be worried about presenting it in court.

Why would they not want to have the opportunity to prove their case?

Didn’t you support Trump wanting to tighten up libel and defamation laws? Lol

It’s the free market at work.

Lawyers are a predatory class of non productive and counter productive people, not merchants, manufacturers, engineers or farmers or anything like that.
