Suppose we could genetically modify a virus to embed itself into the human genome with the effect of making someone more at peace and relaxed. And, if the house fly was the vector for such a virus- we direct the fly to Vladimir Putin, where he receives this gene therapy with the intent to stop the war with Ukraine.

If this were the scenario, would it be an act of peace or an act of war?
